Our Policies

Intuitive is a “brand consulting company.” We specialize in brand strategy, brand identity design and web design.

We don’t offer the following:

• One-off Projects – this includes requests for just flyer designs, business cards, album artwork, illustrations, stationary, one-pagers, etc.
• Editing or offering maintenance for a previously created website by a different designer or design company
• Discounts on projects
• Bartering

Change Policy:

• Any/all edit requests after the website has been launched will be considered “maintenance,” and you will be quoted for such.
• All logo projects include 3 different logo concepts to choose from. Any additional logo requests therefore after will result in additional fees.
• All logo projects include 3 rounds of edits. Any additional revisions after the initial 3 rounds will result in additional fees.
